Following the successful completion of the July session of the Aleppo Arabic Language Camp organized by the School of Languages at Ibn Haldun University, participants of the August session have arrived in Aleppo and officially commenced the program.
The August cohort includes students who successfully completed all five levels of Ibn Haldun University's Arabic Preparatory Program and passed the Arabic Proficiency Examination. Building on the language foundation they acquired during the preparatory program, these students now have the opportunity to further develop their Arabic skills through intensive language instruction in an authentic Arabic-speaking environment.
Upon their arrival in Aleppo, the participants were welcomed with a reception program. The first day featured an orientation and introductory meeting during which students were informed about the academic schedule, cultural activities, program guidelines, and essential information regarding daily life in the city. Following the orientation and introductions between students and instructors, classes officially began.
In addition to its intensive language curriculum, the Aleppo Arabic Language Camp continues to offer participants an immersive learning experience through cultural activities, workshops, and field visits, enabling them to practice Arabic in its natural environment while gaining valuable intercultural perspectives.
