The Certificate Program for Teaching Turkish in Turkey in Kazakhstan, organized by Ibn Haldun University TÖMER with the support of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, began with the opening speech of Ibn Haldun University Rector Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan on November 4, 2024. The program continued with presentations by Mirzahan Egamberdiyev, Head of the Department of Turkic Studies at Al Farabi Kazakh National University, and M. Furkan Alpat, Director of the School of Languages at Ibn Haldun University. Egamberdiyev emphasized the importance of the program in his speech, while Alpat provided valuable information to the participants on classroom management in the opening seminar he gave.
