İHU DİL KAMPI WORKSHOPS
At the IHU Language Camp held between 18-29 July, students attended Drama, Origami, Polymer Clay, Bag Painting, Photography, and Anime Drawing Workshops. Students participating in each of these six different workshops created products using their creativity and imagination and had the opportunity to spend quality time. The instructors gave instructions in English throughout the workshops. In this way, students had the opportunity to improve their language skills as well as spend quality time.

In the origami workshop, students made various designs in the presence of instructors, everyone chose objects according to their taste, while some students designed their favorite animals, and some preferred to try different designs.

In the polymer clay workshop, the students designed the objects they wanted from colorful clay dough. Some students chose to design products such as buckles, badges, or earrings from polymer clay.

In the bag painting workshop, the students painted the cloth bags given to them using their imagination and creativity. Some of the students chose to draw and paint the logo of their favorite football team, while others chose to write their favorite lyrics from a song.

After a short presentation about taking photos and using the camera in the photography workshop, the students were given cameras and asked to take some photos. Prizes were awarded to those who completed these tasks in the fastest and most complete way.

In the Anime Drawing workshop, students learned the basics of anime drawing and designed their anime. Some of the students benefited from the sample drawings distributed to them, while others designed anime characters using their imaginations.

In the drama workshop, the basic stage training was adapted to the age groups and carried out with the students. The content of the training focused on activities that would stimulate the imagination of the students and at the same time enable them to practice acting as a team. Students were given stage practice with activities such as creating a photo frame, emotion chair, and rhythm activity.
