TAFL Course, which is a training program that includes the principles and foundations of teaching Arabic to non-native Arabic speakers, takes theory and practice into account, and opens horizons for trainees who want to improve their practical skills and helps them find job opportunities in this field, was completed between January 29 and February 1, 2024. The training given by the teachers of the Arabic Unit of the School of Languages continued between 09.00-14.00 for four days. The program, completed with the active participation of students and professors, was greatly appreciated by the participants. After the training leg of the program was completed, demo lesson times were arranged for the participants and each participant had the opportunity to apply the information they learned in the program in the demo lesson. After the demo lesson, they received feedback from the instructors and had ideas on how they could better educate those whose native language is not Arabic.
